All parents say their biggest worry is their children. And of that the lack of quality time that they spend with them is top of their worries list.

So what if we could minimise those worries for your employees so that when they came to work they could be less stress and therefore more focused on their jobs.

What if we could create a system that could teach them how to maximise their time together and come to work feeling fulfilled as parents knowing that they were doing well in that area.

And the ultimate benefit to your business was that there were key transferrable skills that would create a more relaxed and engaged work culture?

There is such a system:

The keys to affective parenting in a nutshell:

Whole and half day workshops with Q and A that give the six key steps to affective parenting at any age. And how to utilise the limited time that you have affectively.

We give the key areas of work and collectively create a work-based plan for group that they can all draw from and individualise to help them to succeed.

Why

Why

In today's complex and demanding environment, parenting has become increasingly challenging. Young people are surrounded by numerous distractions, emotional and social issues, and an overwhelming amount of information. While they have access to vast amounts of data, they often lack the mental capacity to process and critically analyze what is truly productive for them. Unmanaged stress in this area can negatively affect the workplace, decreasing productivity and overall morale.
